REGISTRATION

Teams have to register and pay the registration fee of € 100 in order to participate in the Competition.

WRITTEN SUBMISSIONS

Registered teams have to send two Written Submissions, one for the Applicant and one for the Respondent, based on the fictive case. The Written Submissions will be scored and the scores count in the selection of Teams for the Final Round in Strasbourg.

REGIONAL ROUNDS

Upon sending their Written Submissions, teams participate in Regional Rounds. The Regional Rounds are mandatory and the scores of the Regional Rounds contribute towards identifying the teams qualifying for the Final Oral Round in Strasbourg. The Regional Round fee is €100 per participant, and a €120 per coach.

FINAL ORAL ROUND

Eighteen Teams qualify to the Final Round based on the evaluation of their Written Submissions and Oral Pleadings in the Regional Rounds. The round is held yearly in Strasbourg with the pleadings taking place at the European Court of Human Rights and the Council of Europe.

The Final Oral Round fee is 160€ per Participant and 185€ per Coach.
